I found a great LTR, but the problem is, 6 months later she moved across the country. After 3 months I (foolishly) agreed to let her come live with me (temporarily, for a month or 3 at the most) and she went back home after a couple months w me, then spent 3 more months at home, and now shes been living w me for 6 months and now I cant take it, mainly bc I live in a small 1BR (tho its nice/new etc, perfect location blah blah so I dont want to move.

She refuses to move out. Normally, I’d simply move out as Im month to month lease. The problem is. I got the top floor corner room w view blah blah best single apt out of 200+ in the complex.

Any place I’d move to would be a slight downgrade or more expensive.

I guess my problem has been that I’ve been just trying to get her to go live w her mother across the country again, instead of just breaking up w her.

How can I get her to leave without breaking up? This place is kinda cramped and she regularly distracts me from my work/study and ruins my sleep by waking me up often(worse roommate ever). (Alternatively, I would actually like to break up w her but I was thinking thatd be harder than just getting her to move out.)

If I leave this apartment, someone else will snatch it up, its perfect place for 1 person. I really dont want to leave this apartment.

A larger problem is she “stopped listening to me” a couple months ago, so shes totally uncontrollable.

OFC she listens to me 80% of the time but when her “feelings/mood” is not in good state, she doesn’t, therefore, a really shitty roomate.

I do think there is at least a 1% chance she flips out and tries to call cops on me if I break up w her (though I do nothing illegal) I do think shes capable of lying to them to do anything she can to hurt me (immature, I took her virginity), shes 23 w outrageous body and meh face

can anyone please advise?

TL;DR How to get LTR to move out of my cramped 1BR? I’m willing to break up but b/c I took her virginity 18 months ago it’d be messy, can I just get her to move out? (live w her mom across the country is only option)
