Looking for some expert advices about my situation.

I broke up with my almost 9 months LTR. I fucked up so hard, didn't understand trp corretly and now when i do, i found out that she gave me always green flags. I want that chick back. We talked but she said that she's been hurt, never gonna make mistake to get back to me etc.. But she is always texting me first, sending me memes, goes out w other guys but she doesn't have anything w them. For today we had an agreement that she comes to my place and talk about everything, spend some time together, talking about my further education and etc. But she woke up late, and didn't want to come, she started to make excuses, and then finally she said that it's a drag. Then i said ok, we will meet at half of the road, in city so we can speak. She simply said no. And she told me that we will meet another time since she can't today.

What all this mean? She said that she doesnt feel anything to me, she doesn't love me etc. Deleted all our photos on insta and fb, told me that she will delete everything from phone too. But on the other hand she send me messages first, send me memes, go out w guys but doesnt have anything w them, told me yesterday that she is free today and if i wanna see her. But she didnt come.

My main questions are:

Does she love me?

What should i do now and how to behave?

What her behaviour means, and what are possibly her intentions?
