if a 5/10 wants to bang you, does that mean you are in 10%

Interesting hypothetical question, if a 4 or 5/10 wants to bang with you because she considers you alpha, does that mean you are in the 10%, and that other 8 or 9s would want to bang you too if you game her the same, or does she have different standards? I'm fairly new to this so please don't be shout at me too much :)
