How is the alpha male "supposed" to be in relation to showing feelings? ''I get that my post is borderline asperger, but I need to understand this.

Obviously no crying, shyness, nervousness, anxiety and depression.

But won't I be boring/scary if I show no emotions at all? I'm able to be 100% completely stoic. A cold and serious face all the time.

Laughing, smiling and joking is good to a degree - but not to the point of you becoming a clown. Becoming angry is also acceptable, not as a reaction to something you can't control, but as a way to set boundaries.

But how about conveying feelings? Like saying "I'm nervous right now" or "ow! That hurt!". It could also be when you're telling a story of yours "it was so awesome, we were going beeem buum with the car and everyone was so scared because we were about to fall off the cliff".

Or let's say you're nervous in a high pressure situation. Then you ask a comrade of yours to touch your heart, because you think it's hilarious that it's beating that fast but you still act stoic on the outside.

Whats the deal with feelings/emotions. Obviously we men have feelings, but we have to act in a way so as to be more attractive.
