Hey all,

After ending a LTR and shortly thereafter reading The Rational Male, I’ve Been moderately successfully spinning plates for ~3 years with some breaks in between to either focus more on myself, shift most of my dating focus towards 1 girl or some combination of both.

Recently I have been seeing one girl 1-2 times per week for a little over a month. I had been seeing a couple other girls but dropped them for the most part. She is 24 with a good head on her shoulders and a solid career/family etc. We have good chemistry, she’s hot, we vibe on a personality level and have great sex. I am not really looking to exclusively date ATM but that could change. I’m 27.

I have a wedding coming up for my cousin who is getting married in which my immediate family and a few friends will be attending. I was invited and given the option for a +1.

In a perfect world this would be a good opportunity to have a fun time and gauge how she would act in a formal setting around friends and family.

In reality, I think there could be some downsides to this (coming on too strong to the girl and looking like I’m pushing for a LTR, introducing her as my “friend” which might be awkward, etc.) and I’m wondering if you guys could give your opinion whether this is a huge no-go or if it could be an OK.
