Businesses: who should be in charge? (With a twist)

While I know my instinctive response to “Who should be in charge of business decisions?”, I want to hear yours. Arguing from first principles, should businesses and business teams be predominantly male led or female led?

For the “twist”, can you construct an argument, also from first principles, which concludes the opposite?
