Those of you who believe there is currently a pay gap between men and women in the USA, and believe that the cause of that pay gap is primarily discrimination against women in the workplace, and not primarily a result of different life choices or life priorities that women tend to make, please post your sources so we can sort this out once and for all. I am open to having my mind changed about this but I would like to sort it out once and for all because I would like to know where this belief comes from, because people seem to believe it so fervently. So, post your source if you are a pay gapper, and let’s debate!
