McGuire is charged with first-degree sexual assault.

The student reported the alleged assault to the Laramie Police Department the day after the party.

He said he was already feeling drunk when he arrived at the party at McGuire’s residence, in the 2000 block of Binford Street, according to the documents released by the Albany County Circuit Court.

He said McGuire gave him a cherry-flavored vodka beverage and claimed that the drink would make him feel better.

The alleged victim became sick while at the party and blacked out for an unknown period of time. He said that he woke up in a bathroom with McGuire and that McGuire was sexually assaulting him.

The alleged victim said he repeatedly told McGuire “no.” He said that his pants and underwear had been removed but that he did not remember taking them off.

According to the documents, the alleged victim blacked out again and again woke up to find McGuire assaulting him. McGuire allegedly told the man to get up so they could go to his bedroom. The victim said that he told McGuire "no" and that he wanted to throw up.

McGuire allegedly grabbed the victim’s arm and took him out of the bathroom and led him toward his bedroom. According to the report, McGuire found his bedroom door locked.

A girl then approached the two men and told McGuire, “I think (he) is really drunk. You shouldn’t do that.”

McGuire allegedly responded, ”It’s college; people experiment. Let it go.*

This scumbag got acquitted of criminal deviant conduct (McGuire had been accused of giving alcohol to an 18-year-old man and sexually assaulting him in January 2012.) by a jury in Vanderburgh County Circuit Court.

McGuire started a master's degree program in music in the fall at UW. School spokesman Chad Baldwin told the Associated Press that McGuire had been suspended following the criminal charge.

So tell me, how are rape advocates not biased against men? Getting assaulted as a man, by another man- especially in rural areas, caries with it a heteromoral judgment on behalf of any judge that would acquit such an individual, leaving the male victim out from both justice and societal support and acceptance.
