I have a medical job that I really enjoy however I’ve been able to work home but was told I would have to return soon . I just started my career 3 years ago but with having a small one at home I didn’t feel comfortable retuning and my fiancé will be taking care of us and I will be just focusing on being a mommy for now until it’s more safer out there . I was telling my friends and family this and they seemed to disapprove instead of being glad that I wasn’t going to return to in person work . My close friend mentioned how she wouldn’t want her husband to do all the working cause he would be tired and then that could affect their relationship. My mom even called me and was trying to convince me not to leave my job so that there wouldn’t be any financial burden I kept reassuring her my fiancé will be making more than enough to cover all our bills . I just thought that they would be happy for me , especially my mom who raised us on her own and struggled .Was feeling down about that .
