Just doing some thinking about options as a man in my 30's, and it occurred to me that the next 3-5 years is all about millennial women hitting the wall.

I couldn't find a chart that had all the data in one place, but suffice it to say, there are 40m or so women in the U.S. about to pass into the 28-34 age bracket. It's a giant game of musical chairs and the data shows the biological music is slowing down. Over the next few years, this massive generational cohort will scramble for the remaining available chairs (eligible men) before the music stops.

Trouble is, almost 1/3 of us dropped out of college, the rest are saddled with debt, and almost none have the sort of stable institutional jobs that the pink team has occupied for the last couple of decades. Except it doesn't matter.

The observation that women with advanced degrees and powerful jobs have shrunk their dating pool without a commensurate increase in their attractiveness is about to become a demographic megatrend. A generation of women who had been betting with overcards are about to get rivered.

Most of these women will have to switch to their b-plan. This could be egg freezing, single motherhood, adoption, hooking up with a beta just until the kid is in school, rationalizing childlessness, etc. Poor them.

The good news is it's just about to get awesome being a man again. You've got about 12-18 months to get your shit together for the Millennial Reckoning, where the majority of women born between 1980 and 1993 all turn 28-34. If you can get solvent, shredded, and own your shit, it is about to get epic.
