That's not the logical extent of lifting. That's the logical extent of letting something so overtake your life that you start injecting shit into your body to get even more of it.

It's the logical extent of idiocy.

Lifting is a masculine, sacred, meditative activity that allows a person to develop his mind and body through self-discipline and consistent hard work.

What you posted is not lifting, not body building, and certainly not self improvement. It is body dismorphia and gains achieved through not lifting heavy weights and putting them down.
