Females desire two sets of traits, we group them as alpha and beta. Only one set is sexually attractive to lizard brain. Both are attractive to a rational brain. She wishes to maximise both traits from her sexual life. She may do so with one man. She may do so with many men.

Males want to fuck. They have a variety of strategies to achieve this end, they too respond to qualities that are designated alpha and beta in women but those qualities are often very different to the gender reversed. He too looks to maximise the traits in his life. He can also do this with one, or multiple women.

RP just tells you how your basic human population plays that game of life. It's astonishing how many people play very badly.
