The best you can do is keep working at it. Every night while laying in bed do an honest assessment of your day. Improve on it the next. As for the Monk Mode portion, do what you feel will help most. I can't tell you what's going to improve your life. What I can tell you is Monk Mode has helped many others. Take from that what you like.

I'm the same way. I am in this continual cycle of easily attracting girls and getting laid with wild, amazing sex at first, but the second we're "in a relationship" they seem to lose attraction and either end up leaving, or they shit test too much and I have to dump them. I think I move too fast. I don't have a lot of family and lost my mom and am just hungry for female care and affection. Why can't women just treat you good when you treat them good? Why do they every single one have to be emotionally broken?

Anyones out there that can relate?
Yes, each and every guy who has ever been in a monogamous relationship in the history of humanity has had to deal with the exact same process.
This is why exclusive relationships / LTRs are considered hard mode.
My advice would be to keep spinning plates and not going exclusive / LTR until you feel ready to deal with this fact of life.
You sound young, so don't rush it. Early thirties is a good time to start thinking about LTRs.

"I meet a new woman and I am Alpha as fuck, not a front, but a true Alpha"
"and yet I have trouble holding frame caving into my old Nice Guy frame"
Many guys experience this as they learn Alpha - the problem is you haven't learned to keep your self first.
Biggest comment I read was "I suffer from depression." So stop. Seriously, even the way you wrote it as if it is a crutch.
My advice - subliminal programming. Literally retrain your mind to not strengthen your mind.

Depression is a real thing. Don't belittle it.

Meditation my friend. One of the biggest challenges to internalizing TRP is the conflict your ego brings to the table. Meditation helps silence your ego's influence and allows you to better focus on your goals.
