In the words of AMS the god. You have to learn to be alone if you want to be alpha, that means go out in public by yourself and sit alone at a table and have a drink and a meal. Don’t be looking for ass, just enjoy your time. Watch a game/show on tv, comment on it to start a conversation with people around you; or converse with a waitress or something. Or if you can read or work on your purpose. Just relax and do shit in public.
