That depression stems from a lack of abundance, self worth, and ego.

You think she's special enough to warrant wasting your time wanting her ; like there aren't better options out there as if she's unique.

You don't respect your time and self worth. A man who understands his value to the world can shrug off a setback and shoot for the stars.

i know how you feel, you feel like shit, you feel unworthy and feel like you wasnt good enough, truth is you just didnt "do" it for her. doesn't mean you was bad, all woman don't operate the same as most guys think. don't think about revenge. this is the real world. woman will come and go and even comeback. woman will leave out and appear out of nowhere. all you can do is prepare your weaponry for the next woman you have to face. there will be a next one and you need to be ready for that. that's the best advice i can give youm good lucl.

Not always your fault, but sometimes is. But a lot of us are weak and foolish and beta early in life and don't want to accept female behavior including hypergamy. The key though is evaluating what happened through a honest lens. What did you do wrong that you could've done better? What can you improve about yourself going forward? If the answers to these questions are "nothing," then you're probably a god. But most of the time of course there are things we could've done better. But even if you would've done things better with her that's no guarantee she would've stayed with you anyway. No one can ever know. Part of life is just nature and really is out of our control. People sometimes make decisions based on things we can't do anything about. We have a lot of capabilities in life, but we are not all-powerful. Try to improve yourself for YOU and that's all you can really do.

There are factors beyond your control that matter, height and facial attractiveness rising to the top of the list. But there is still a hell of a lot in your control. Really to believe that it was your "fault" ie the reasons she left were in your control, should be far from depressing but uplifting. Move forward, get better. But you should have always been doing so for yourself, her at your side or not.
