I think we need to talk about what quantifies as a personal attack. First of all, this is how we define rule of engagement number 2:

No personal attacks. Do not insult other users. This should be pretty obvious. For the most part, criticism should be directed at ideas rather than people. In other words, rather than saying "CFRP, you're a massive hypocrite" you should say "CFRP, you're sentiments and/or arguments are hypocritical and here is why..."

We've been receiving lots of reports of anti-RP comments that call TRP a cult. By our definition, this is not a personal attack. You're free to call TRP or TBP a cult, sexist, whatever. We'd prefer you state your reasoning why you think it's a cult, or anything else for that matter. Without reasoning, your posts become nothing more than shitty rhetoric. However the mods will not delete shitty rhetoric unless it also contains personal attacks.

Criticizing TRP, TBP, ideas, theories, opinions...that's the whole point of this sub. So we're not going to delete harsh criticism. Where we draw the line is direct insults towards an individual; "you suck," "you're an indiot," "you're delusional," "you can't read," "twerp," "white knight," ect.

All that said, if you're not going to take the time to explain your opinion, then you really don't belong here. Even a sentence, a few words, anything explanatory would vastly improve the sub. "TRP/TBP is a X, Y, and Z," is a lazy sentiment. "TRP/TBP is X because [specific reasons]" is 1000x better.
