TRP commonly decries "victim culture,"

It's not rape culture. It's victim culture. It's what feminism preaches despite all the claims to the contrary of empowering women.

If a women didnt like the sex she got. Then it was rape.

If a woman didnt get the promotion. It's because of sexism.

If a woman gets fat and her man dumps her. It's because he's a lowlife jerk.

Women are very very quick to rationalize their flaws as other people's mistakes. That is what leads to victim culture.

This fits right in with the narratives of feminine hypoagency.

Is this construction any different from "A redpiller does not get what he wants. It's because of feminism/women/hamstering."? Has TRP, which focuses on self-help (a tacit admission that there's room for personal improvement) "rationalize[d] their flaws as other people's mistakes"?

The offsite TRP page (notice that most of the sidebar links in TRP are shortlinked through this site for extra search engine optimization) is feministvictims.com. The Bitcoin fundraiser for TRP was called the Feminist Victim Fund. This currently stickied post has dozens of stories from people who feel victimized, lied to by modern society (which is where the metaphor of Red Pill comes from).

What's the difference between the feminist victims (victims who are feminists), and the feminist victims (victims of feminism)?
