Still learning how to deal with attention whores. I could use you guys help.

So I met this girl and added her on Snapchat. She would send me Snap after Snap. I knew to text mostly for logistics, so I would send her maybe 3 or so texts and then leave it alone.

I set up a date with her today. When I hit her up confirming the place to meet, I got a bullshit excuse.

I follow a 2 Strikes rule. I wait 2 weeks, and in the meantime I'm on my purpose/talking to other women.

My gut is telling me she's an attention whore. But what do I do if she continues to reach out to me in that time? Try to set a date again instantly, or is that too needy? Part of me is saying that I should just invite her over to watch a movie, since she declined the date. I'm 90% sure she's not interested and just wants attention, but I wanted to know the appropriate Game Strategy.
