I’m confident in a lot of things, intelligence, high SMV, very comfortable in social situations, great at guitar/music, f close frequently when I go out, but I need to get good routines in a few areas ASAP.
Diet, exercise, and positive mindset when alone.
I‘ve been depressed for a few years and get stuck in a cycle where I can’t accomplish what I want in these areas.
I know that this will improve with better diet and exercise but need advice on how to do it successfully.
I am incredibly self-loathing when I fail and many times for no reason.
I find myself going all out to try to make these improvements but never make it very far because I slip up once and give up entirely when I start shitting on myself.
What is the best way to take small steps that I can build on and use to develop great routines in these areas? I can’t keep failing and hating myself for it.
What else can I do to end compulsive self-loathing thoughts?
