I am a 22 male and I am a postgraduate student. Since I started reading about the redpill and watching videos from alphamale strategies on youtube, my faith in women has decreased substantially. In a way, It has helped to gain confidence and now and then I might get laid ( not as much as I would like to though). My beta friends are always chasing after girls and I always get pissed off since they give them all the attention and treat them as if they were queens. Once I lose attention from my friends I react by being a legit jerk to these girls in front of my friends. This strategy has gotten me laid a few times, but usually, it makes me look like an asshole. I keep doing this because every time I approach them they act as if they were too freaking important!!! What pisses me off the most is that my friends have more female friends than me even though I have the potential to have more girlfriends than them.

When I'm alone I rarely talk to girls or just ignore them so that I don't look like I beta who is giving them the attention they don't deserve. When I am at the club dancing, girls usually approach me but I kind of ignore them since 1) I am having fun with myself self and 2) I have some sort of anxiety. Then when I get home and feel bad about being alone and not having approached these girls.

I would say I have approach anxiety and this is because I live in a foreign country. I kind of feel scared of being rejected for not speaking the language as fluent as the natives or for being "different". Nevertheless, I don't have any intentions of being a beta male again ( just like my approval seeker and beta friends :)). I need some advice to improve my game.
