I have a series of mantras, like lists of items I've pulled from key sidebar books, and my own bulleted lists.

my definition of alpha
my definition of frame
WISNIFG personal rights list
NMMNG bullet list of dropping toxic shame and putting yourself first
my goals and mission

I simply read them every day, memorize them, repeat them in the shower. I find myself repeating them doing cardio. I have some as daily calendar repeating events (private) and some in other apps and locations, so I can't go too long without reminding myself and continuing to make new neural connections, I will program out my BP conditioning or die trying. Simple as that. I know without a doubt I can do whatever I put my mind to, my change of my fitness, body, BF, strength in the past 2 years has shown me that; and my slow but important changes in 2019 at home thanks to RP are proof of that as well; and I know my mind is stronger than my body, so all it takes now is time, effort, repetition and desire. I will not fail.

As I said the other day, the key for me is not feeling like I have to "remember put on my RP armor" rather "live in my RP skin" so it's simply me, not something external I have to don. So it won't be a chore "all the time" (to be ready for shittests, maintaining Frame, etc) it simply will be Me.

Time and experience go a long way. Putting yourself in situations outside your comfort zone and taking action based on things you learn are the only way to eventually become a natural.

Best thing you can do now is "pump yourself up" before going to social events. I used to be so quiet and anti-social that I had to have a whole "energy boost" routine before going out with friends.

I would have to hit the gym right before going out. I had to feel the pump. I had to meditate for 15 minutes. I had to journal things I'm grateful for and write down how I want my evening to go. Lastly I would have one or two whiskey's to get myself loosened up. Oh, and I would also read field reports and bookmarked RP posts to get myself in the right mindset.

And honestly this stuff worked well in the beginning. One time I went to a concert by myself and I had a blast. I got 2 different numbers from girls who I thought were outside my league. I met about a dozen people and one guy ended up buying me appetizers and a beer.

Eventually after a year or two of having my fair share of successes and rejections I was able to be out and about without having to do my ritual. I had the training wheels but then I was able to trail fast on my own. Of course I still go to the gym and meditate daily and practice gratitude and visualization. I'm still active on RP lessons (although ever since the quarantine I get most of my knowledge from books).

The thing that helped me out the most probably was the field reports. Especially before going out. Go on TRP main sub, filter field reports and filter by most upvoted. Read through them and bookmark the ones that get you the most pumped up. Some of them are probably fake but it wasn't until I had my "unicorn" moment that I realized that events in these field reports are very much possible.
