Just make it fun and playful. That’s what AA is all about. You let her know she can’t shake who you are and that you’re fun to be around.

A+A works because it reduces their statement to absurdity, showing you do not take it seriously whatsoever and that it has got to be a joke.

You get the joke, add to it and toss it back as part of playful banter, there's nothing serious about it whatsoever, it doesn't rattle your frame, it's amusing to you and that's all.

A shit test is meant to poke at your frame, when you laugh at the attempt it displays just how miniscule the test is.

A&A is the preffered method but do not fall into a self depracating reply. Do not ever put yourself down to her.

I think the correct A&A is "Yep, you almost got half the weight you need on there, keep going."

Or, "the only lyin my ass is doing is lyin in this bed watchin you in your workout clothes, thanks for the entertainment, lunch today?"

Or, "totally agreed, but im hungry and my lyin ass needs a buttrub, so ill make you a bet for homemade sushi and massages. You do know how to cook, right?"

Its just an A&A, its a stupid simple strategy/tool that is used because you can have it right off the tip of your tongue in a conversational manner that keeps you in pace with the parry and riposte of witty banter. The reason it works is because its harder to defend a shit test than it is to deliver one. So a successfully defended shittest is of more value and shows that you are quickwitted and smart, even though you may not be so much or at that exact moment.
