Every time I am out and I'm in a social circle with a lot of people I don't know, I get somewhat of a strange face. I have noticed this because every time I feel anxious, there is always a guy that looks at my face and makes fun of it.
Things that don't happen when I am not anxious. Another great example, is when I need to present a project at school and I haven't studied that much, I can see people laughing at me because of it. They all say it's about the face I have in those kind of situations. I look rather confused, weird, force smiling, too serious.
How do I get rid of this anxiety? And this is somewhat off topic but should I be smiling just a little bit in general. And not just walk with a dead serious look on my face. Just a little bit of smiling couldn't hurt right? I will wait for your answers.
