Drink water, listen to calming/soothing music, dark chocolate (coco or candy bar), sniffing some black pepper is surprisingly helpful (look it up I swear). Lie down and keep yourself super warm with a blanket and crank the heat.

Calm down. I smoked way too much once and called the ambulance, thinking I was dying. I ended up being 100% fine. I dont smoke anymore but to each their own.

Nobody has ever died from marijuana alone. You'll be fine in a few hours. Sit down, get some rest, have some water and ride it out.

Weed typically makes you more self-aware. If you have emotional issues or mental framework problems buried deep inside you, then weed just makes them all visible. It can be scary. That's why weed isn't something that people generally should do for fun. It's a tool that should be used as a medicine.

If you have issues with weed it's generally because you've got some skeletons in your closet. Sort them out while you're high or when you're sober. So you can enjoy weed for what it really is afterwards.
