Met this girl about 1.5 year ago, I didn't commit or give the sense of exclusivity for at least 4-5 months until I took her V-card, and we slowly started moving towards LTR dynamics through actions, like started dating more, visiting my place, she came to sleep at my place most weekends etc.. she's still 19 and what's concerning me is that since we started seeing each other much more than usual she left her personal life behind, she looks like she's in love with me and most days she will comply and see me if she doesn't have to work or study. The girl was a 7 and transitioned to a solid 9, she still takes care of herself and dressing well, grooming herself but what worries me is she's not seeing her friends anymore and we meet almost daily. I don't have a problem since we have crazy sex every day and she asks for more, I like sex so no prob here but I'm having a gut feeling she's lonely inside since she's just so deeply devoted to me and doesn't go out with her friends anymore. And I'm feeling like I played a role in this subtly manipulating her towards addiction to our relationship subtly without knowing it.

Am I over-reacting/overthinking here? She will just come see me, go out have sex spend time together and then go home texting for quite a big amount of time, she'll study and watch tv cook clean the house etc. but most of these hours when she sends me sound clips on messenger she seems tired/off/lonely yet craving for more from me. I think she's abandoning her personal space a bit to just be with me like we're in a honeymoon. What do you think?
