In person. You can cut the bullshit and variables because you're physically there reacting in real time.

Also most girls in real life have the same script when you talk with them and it gets really easy over time.

Over social media, you're fighting on her terrain. Just bad in general if you're focused on getting laid as efficiently as possible.
