After a while gathering courage I've approached a girl I was interested in college. I got nervous but not as much I used to, I told her that I've been staring at her not because she's cute but because I feel like I know her from somewhere among other stuff and when I talked about getting her number she said something about her cellphone having stopped working and that we would change numbers when she fixes it. She had gave me a few iois before that approach so what do you guys think? Is she making excuses? What's my next move? Should I do another move at all?
