I'm currently reading The rational male and I've already read the sidebar and as the knowledge starts to sink in, i also seem to have less conviction when it comes to avoiding porn. The idea of not putting women on pedestals in theory should make me avoid porn usage as that is what is happening. However I'm startinh to think the reason for me quitting porn is the issue as i only decided to quit because of my inability to converse with women. How can i get these 2 ideologies to allow me to create change in my life?
