Hi ladies,

I'd love to hear your advice on the following issue. I'm going to be honest and describe things as they are. By no means am I going to be disrespectful to anyone.

Here goes the story, I have a female friend (I'm a guy myself) for many years (she's in her mid-30s now) who is very kind, sensitive, trustworthy and has supported me in difficult phases in my life and I have also supported her back with her own problems. However, I have no way to offer her any more help because of the feminist blue-pill barriers that she's built around herself.

My friend is overweight (not obese, but overweight) and very unattractive. She has been pumped and dumped by countless good-looking guys and most of them humiliated her during sex. Others (her Tinder dates included) have said in her face that she's fat and ugly. The only men who she managed to lock down in a relationship were a seriously depressed guy, a junkie (who also serially abused her) and a single dad (the latter is a very decent guy and I believe she's lucky to have him). On her behalf, she has rejected overweight and not-good-looking men who were interested for a respectful LTR with her but her hamster denies that she rejected them for their appearance.

I didn't know she was a feminist (and a rather militant one) until a few years ago. She knew that I despise 2nd and 3rd wave feminisms, so she kept her opinions private, probably because she had a crush on me (I never reciprocated though, not even when it was just the two of us and I was totally drunk). Now that she's come out as a feminist to me, I know she believes that women don't have to be feminine looking or shave their legs, that too many men are rapists, that men accused of rape must be help accountable even without physical evidence and that her current bf (who respects her and loves her more than anyone has done in the past) is a misogynist for not organizing a romantic dinner for her birthday and she's even thinking of breaking up with him (or probably this is another excuse by her hamster and the real reason is that she doesn't find him attractive enough). With respect to her current bf, I have tried to persuade her against breaking up as I seriously think she would never find anyone better (but I was polite and didn't tell her that of course).

My friend has gone on therapy for years because she had daddy issues (which undoubtedly contributed to her feminist ideology) and she occasionally discussed the problems she had with various guys who pumped and dumped her, but her therapist was just feeding her hamster by telling her that those guys just didn't know what they want while in fact they knew (to pump and dump).

So ladies, I need your advice: what to do to wake my friend up and make her acknowledge the red pill reality? When she once asked for my advice about why a guy that she liked wasn't reciprocating, I indirectly said to her that she needs to take care of her appearance and she changed subject because it was "painful". About that guy, she's also said once that "he would be lucky to have a smart and pretty girl like me" (I didn't reply at all to that). So, would it be worse for her to hear the truth from a close friend with whom there is mutual respect and understanding? It's painful to see her suffer for being blue-pilled but I'm not sure if a shock therapy would get her feel better or make her wiser in her relationship decisions in the long-run.

For clarification, she's a genuinely kind person. She helps people of both genders without expecting anything in return. Her "misandry" doesn't have deep roots and it's more like an anger phase, similar to the "misogyny" of beta males when they eventually realize that being nice doesn't get you laid.
