Don't tell him a damn thing. Let him learn on his own. He might marry her if she is done riding the carousel honestly..... A few kids and a divorce later and he "might" wise up.

You could tell him and risk the completely unnecessary conflict or let it play out and be there for him when it fails. I once told my friend his gf was a bitch and he needed to dump her ass, we ended up fighting. He later realized this on his own after she cheated, stole some shit from him and ran up his credit card bill. She will use him as beta provider until she’s ready to hop back on the CC.

Unless you are fucking your friend, he'll listen to her over you anyday.

Telling him to wake up is counter productive. He'll likely even blame you later... "You said she'd cheat and now she's cheated, you made this happen". I kid you not, that's often the BP attitude.
