Try to accept they lost big time in life and possibly move on. As for relationship it's possible if you get very lucky.

Well im a 4/10, I'm minging and I have been in a relationship for 17 years, I had ones before that and I have had a number of women who have approached me whilst I have been with my current partner.

So I don't think below average men need to do anything other than have realistic standards and patience

I know I always wanted a gf and to be loved.

But I never knew how. I didn't understand that it's not about getting a girlfriend, it was about getting a girl to be your girlfriend.

There's a huge difference.

And when I let go of that feeling of wanting a gf, I found a date, that I ended up rejecting because we didn't fit, and a couple months later, I found my first gf.

My advice to below average guys, don't focus so much on that part of your life. It's really gonna get you nowhere.

You know why girls look differently at guys who are in a relationship/married? Because they show traits of stability. And that's a big one for women.

If you're in a relationship, you're gonna be more attractive to women. You got something they want.

So if you're single, don't appear needy, or desperate. That doesn't attract women.

You need to step your game up in your appearance. Dressing better is the obvious one. Wearing a nice cologne is something most men don't do, since they don't see a point in it. And I get it, I didn't see it before either...

But now that I have a gf, and am in a position where I know what gets you places, and what doesn't I can safely say that:

-being determined -being emotionally/financially stable -being kind and caring -being confident -being well dressed and groomed

Are the most important things.
