Problem is that she is studying a very hard major. She doesn't go out at all, only goes to class and studies at home. When she has more free days she goes back to her hometown. On the other hand my major is not as hard and I have more free time.

We see each other like once a week. She is a great girl, cooks for me, buys me gifts. She is loyal to me and I am loyal to her, but I get lonely at times. I don't know how to mention it without sounding too needy or clingy. What should I do? Is there hope for such relationships?
