Cold approach, anywhere you go and you see a cute girl, try to have the courage to start a short convo. Make sure that you tell her how long you’re gonna be talking with her cause they have places to go obviously. See if they can spare a minute. I believe there was a specific term for this, but people are more likely to do something if it only requires a short amount of time.

Have fun! Girls would remember you for this as well cause a small fraction of guys actually do this.
