TBH if you aren't feeling confident about being in this situation then don't go for it. You shouldn't risk losing frame in front of your LTR.

What I would personally do is only show up for a little while. Give her a heads up and say, "It'd be a good idea to just let all you girls do your thing but since it's your birthday I'll definitely be there to sing happy birthday."

So then just plan to show up later or early and then leave. Sing happy birthday, feel out the room, apply amused mastery, and then head out.

you could try making an excuse where you have to leave early due to "-insert whatever you come up with".

that way you can get to the party, be shown off by your gf, talk a little bit with the standard introductions, and leave. thats all she really wants anyways, and you won't have to waste your time with the other nonsense.

as for what you should expect, ask where its being held, you'll know if its going to be hype or chill based on the venue most times. shit tests wont be overt most of the time, usually subliminal or with heavy plausible deniability.

I’d show up an hour before it’s set to wrap up. Meet everybody, shake a few hands, maybe crack a joke, be polite, confident, funny, cocky. If the herd isn’t moving after the hour and you’re running out of steam, say you have business to attend to and that you’ll be back in a bit. Tell the ladies it was nice to meet them and good bye.

The good news is this is great practice. If you can get decent at entertaining 10 women it will make you king bastard that every woman wants to fuck. If you blow the whole thing, what’s the worst that can happen?
