Internet dating sites are usually an exercise in frustration. There's a few issues that stand in your way here.

Yes, being large is one of them. There are girls out there who like big dudes, but they're not as common. No, this doesn't mean you have to get jacked and ripped- it just means you need to be somewhere close to average size. I know weight loss is rough- it's something I'm struggling with myself, but it's important. first and foremost though- do it for you.
It's great that you've got a well-paying job, but 60-hrs a week and night shifts must change if you're going to meet people. Find a way to transition to a day job. see if your company will help you finish school. Out of curiosity, what do you do?
Go do things with other people. Not just "got to bars" but like... game nights. trivia events. go do things where women are. do some basic networking. your friends are great, but make new ones. new friends never hurt, and you never know who they know. "a friend of a friend" is an important category. If someone isn't interested in you but still wants to be friends? awesome. maybe she knows someone and can connect you.
practice flirting and your social skills. say hello to random strangers. No, not hello, but show interest. ask the old lady cashier how her day's going and shoot the shit. talk to the guys. get more comfortable interacting and chit-chatting, and work on clean exits. Talk to people in a positive way without flirting and grind the XP to level up your social skills.
read up on and learn about body language- this will give you a better footing in understanding where you should apply your energy and seeing how your actions are working.

TLDR: you have to show that you're an interesting and valuable person. I know it's hard when you're bigger on the inside, but you can do it. it'll take a while and it won't be pretty, but commit to learning and improving.

In your particular case sounds way more that your problem is logistics for dating rather than forgetting toxic concepts like AWALT, hypergamy, etc...

Online dating is kind of a bitch because most women have a endless supply of mates, there's really no prior investment, you can't make a real impression in person first, looks are the main differentiator, etc. So my advise is to go to speed dating, go on activities you like to meet women (volunteering? comic con?) or where there are lots of women, approach women at bars, etc.

Again, correct me if i'm wrong, but your problem doesn't seem to be TRP concepts. It's organizing your life arround dating opportunitites. So that's the kind of basic advise i have to give.

First off, the Red Pill wraps their bullshit brand of advice in a lot of other, well-established, obvious advice.

Work on you. Get in shape. Find what makes you happy and pursue it diligently. Relentless self-improvement. It sounds like you're on that track.

Where they come off the rails is the idea that women are somehow dramatically different than you, and you need to not just understand that, but leverage it in your favor. And while they are not wrong that SOME women, like SOME men, manipulate and play games, this is not true across the board for obvious reasons. This overcomplicates the dating process SIGNIFICANTLY. So the best advice I could give you is:

Find something you like doing. Or develop a new interest as a way of gaining new experiences.

Join a group where other people who like the same things as you colocate.

Don't be creepy and try to have sex with every girl in said group. People will catch on and you will be disliked by all.

Endeavour to develop a Genuine Interest in someone that you like.

If something develops, follow it. If it doesn't, again don't be a creeper. Learn to back off and let go. Be satisfied with making new female friends.

If you're not feeling comfortable in the situation, back far far away and pursue something that makes you feel better. If that person is unsure, maybe they will change their mind later - but don't chase someone that doesn't want to be chased. And don't chase someone that doesn't respect you or your time.

Don't waste your time.

And finally, dating is a process of learning about yourself and others. Keep an open mind and an open heart. Don't give yourself away to just anyone, obviously, but be open to lessons that will come along the way. You probably won't marry the first person you seriously date. Also keep in mind that since you haven't dated much, you have a bit of a learning curve. Be ok with that. Accept it. You are a human being, which means you are NOT fixed as you are now - rather, you have the infinite capacity for learning and growth. You'll do great, and as long as you respect yourself and others, you'll end up with someone who will make you very happy.

TRP has very advanced concepts that are no use for you right now.

However, the first thing you need to do is lift and lose all that weight. Then, build a large social circle and approach women and learn to be smooth. That's all.
