Do you have any evidence for that? At all?
I don't think anyone ever said that. (Anyone here anyway) The issue is when people care about nothing but how a woman looks.

1) I'll reinterpret your question a little bit. There are statistics that say that men are far more likely to marry someone whose income is lower than theirs. However, this is primarily due to the fact that women, on average, are still catching up socio-economically. If you look at most high-paying jobs, such as engineers, doctors, and lawyers, they are all really skewed in terms of genders; there's a lot more men. And this is because not only do women face a lot of sexism trying to climb the corporate ladder, but women being able to attain these professions is still pretty modern. Therefore, it's only natural that women would be more likely to "marry up" compared to men. Many men don't have much space to marry up to.

I'll see if I can find any sources, but a fantastic place is the book Date-onomics. It states that men with college degrees are far more likely to marry women in blue collar positions than the other way around. Also, this is related:

2) There's nothing wrong with having preferences for how a woman looks like. Everyone has their own thing. What IS an issue, is that TRP seems to imply that the only usefulness that a woman has is her looks, since all women are vacuous hamster-whores. Outside of TRP/TBP discussion, the playboy model has sort of been expected to be the standard for what women are supposed to look like, which is a huge problem since a lot of those photos are photoshopped, and the average woman doesn't have the time nor the financial means to spend on a rigorous diet and exercise regime. Remember that models literally do it as a full time job.

I think Red Pill resonates with so many people because there is some grain of truth in it. Our culture values different things in men vs women. Nobody is arguing about that. Heck, it may be the one thing that feminists and manospherians agree on.

It's not wrong for guys to care about how girls look - but by the same token, it's also not wrong for girls to care about guys' financial prospects. If you want change, then be willing to be the change.

If red pill is wrong why do you think women working as cashiers and other dead end jobs are so much more successful at finding mates then men?

Attractive women will always be in demand, not in a marketplace but because men are so visually stimulated by them. A woman doesn't need status to be attractive, but attractive women with status are more attractive (at least to me).

It isn't. Only caring about physical attributes is wrong and superficial. Compatibility is attraction and many other factors such as shared experiences and values.

Blue collar folks have a much harder time getting married these days. Poor women are a lot more likely to be single moms. Educated rich people are marrying each other more and more--lawyers marrying lawyers and the like. There have been a lot of worried books and articles on this phenomenon.
