Every time I talk to a woman, I feel something in my chest that blocks me. My brain vanishes and I can't think... it only disappears after a while, after I get to know the woman, but from cold approaches, my mind goes blank.

Background: been approaching women for a little over a year, it's getting better but I have done so little progress in a whole year, it's frustrating. I must be doing something wrong.
