It depends if you have some shit to hide. I don't so I would just hand her my phone if she was curious..

I don't live in fear like that because my LTR knows our situation requires meeting the agreed to standards of conduct. Her ass would be hard nexted if she did something like cheating. I can look at her phone anytime but I don't. Keep her ass busy with shit to do... bored girls are dangerous. Mine is studying for a big certification test in her field.

To live with complete honesty is powerful, liberating, but can be lonely as most girls can't handle it. Their loss.
