Sounds like a court case waiting to happen. You've spent so much time with lackluster women that you believe they don't enjoy sex. To really help you we would need more information. What's your body count? How old are you? Have you ever had good sex before with her or other women? Have you ever fucked a woman who was crazy for your dick? These all need to be answered.

Never tell a woman your sexual grievances in order to get them to respond. They will resent you and feel like you're not "that fun cool guy who just gets it". You need to tease them into it. Dread them into it. Reward the little behavior they do that leads to what you want and punish them when they don't by withdrawing attention and affection. Validation.
Like I said we need more information. Did the sex get more boring over time? Are you predictable? Does she disrespect you? Is she more distant? Is she requiring more of you in the relationship? Did you vet her sexual history? Do you know what turns her on? Do you know how to get her in an emotional state?

she may be naturally reactive to sex and expects you to be proactive. (fem vs. masculine)

during courtship, she may have bent her norms for you, to bag you, now this is the real her. if you set your ego aside (of wanting to be wanted), are you ok with it? honest question. only you can answer this for yourself.

my take: as long as the supply is steady and it's not starfish, her needing you to initiate may be her way, which is 'fine' - so take it or leave it. it's a lot better than a deadBR where women will reject and have a long list of excuses on 'why not tonight'.
