Profiles are prioritized as such by an automatic algorithm which never sleeps: 1) The most liked profiles (how many right swipes do they receive) 2) The most active profiles (how many swipes do they make daily) 3) The profiles with boosts (how much have they paid for attention) 4) The profiles which have a lower unmatch rate (how many matches have they unmatched) 5) The profiles which talk to matches (self explanatory) 6) The profiles which have a lower reported inappropriate rate (also self explanatory)

It’s a gaming system for Tinder program developers.
