There are some days in where most of what you experience is not very good. In these days, we tend to "judge" the experience and we bitch about how horrible they where while we forget something important: complains are not going to help us improve.

Today, I decided to refrain from making a judgement before I asked this question to myself: "what have I learned from this?"

It seems a very stupid question and most people would think its not necessary because we "tend" to end up asking that about everything sooner or later. But doing it before judging the situation gives us the advantage of having more objective opinions about what happened and help us to reap the teachings of the people and situations we hate.

So, next time you find yourself frustrated or facing a situation you dislike, try to remain stoic at that moment and then, before you emit a judgement ask to yourself "What have I learned from this?"
