Two things, working in combination:

Consciously seek out new experiences.
Consciously act as if you are alone.

Number One makes it easy to make a decision: you'll decide to do something you've never done before. Number Two gets you in the mindset of acting on Number One without depending on consensus.

I'm sure I will hear "Just make decisions" or some earth shattering revelation but if anyone has any legit suggestions. Shoot it my way.

This is like saying "I hit the gym hard but I'm not making any gains. I'm sure people will just say "fix your diet" but if anyone has any legit suggestions. Shoot it my way."

Anyway. Meditate on how your goal is to make more decisions on behalf of others. That's your goal, to make more decisions. Maybe they are better, maybe they are worse, it doesn't matter. Your goal is to make more decisions.

Meditate on the benefits of how making more decisions outweigh the downsides. You will become more assertive, you will rise in social status, you will remove the collective discomfort of group indecision. Compare that to how little people care if they're getting subway or pizza.

Meditate on the fact that if you're unsure of what the best choice is, the difference between them is insignificant so you can just pick any of them. Learn to just pick the first - if you think "pizza or subs", pizza it is. This takes practice.

You can also prepare. If a group decision is likely to come up, plan your response and arguments in advance. Make plans for where the group should go, what they should do, where to eat. Be the captain. Be fucking Batman, have plans and contingency plans in place.
