We know that being a slut makes a woman less able and willing to pair-bond, but I feel like this is more of a problem with women who have many exes than women who have sex with many guys.

 

Women with a lot of sex partners: Sure, it's not ideal, but I need a woman who can match my high sex drive and who can impress me, and a girl with a low count probably can't fulfill this need because she obviously doesn't need as much sex as I do. Her high count also means that she's not going to eventually become "curious" to see what's out there because she's experienced it all. This isn't to say that this type of slut is the best kind of woman. Rather, I'm just listing the positives.

 

Women with a lot of exes: These women are not relationship material at all. In my experience, they cling from one guy to the next every 1-6 months. They'll have a lower partner count, but this is misleading because they'll have no problem continuing their pattern of discarding their current partner for their next fling. These women are clingy, fickle, and have obvious pair-bonding issues.

 

Women with a lot of sex partners and exes: Run.

 

tl;dr: A woman's number of ex-boyfriends is more important to consider than her number of sex partners.
