I just got back from a party, and as I've always noticed, the guy who is the center of attention is usually garnering the life of the party, and therefor has the most prospects to girls for the night. This conflicts with my thoughts on speaking less and listening more, a common red pill notion. Can someone reconcile how speaking less and listening more is advantageous in a social situation? I see it working sometimes, but only in scenarios where everyone already knows each other and already has established value/reputation. At a party/social gathering, people are often strangers and are therefor blank slates. Does this rule still apply in such scenarios, and if so, how?
