me: Actually moving into my new apartment Friday. We can do sat same time tho

her: Ahh new apartment? That's so exciting!!! I actually have plans all weekend but could do next week

I have a slight suspicion she is busy on whatever days I pick because she does not want to seem "too available", but at the risk of not overgaming in a situation where game may be not necessary, what should I do here? A lot of people talk about how crucial it is to schedule the date within 2-3 days, because dates a week out have a very high flake chance, especially with girls from Tinder.
