I hadn't spoken to him in a hell of a lot of years. He was the weird, wiseass kid growing up. I went to see if I could find him online and I find court reports of a grueling divorce where he got taken over the coals. It lasted for a couple years of lawyers sucking him dry.

Another childhood friend of mine got divorced and went through a serious downtime. He was the good looking, dark kid but incredibly fucking talented. He remarried to a gorgeous woman and is now making tons of money. He's got a kid and is happy but I remember the divorce almost ruined him. It's crazy because he has everything women always talk about needing in a relationship- he's got a great life, a little fame, pretty well off, really fucking talented, good looking and still...divorce

Just a shock. First guy was the wiseass kid, second was the weird kid. Both of them screwed over, neither of them initiated it.
