Most people don't actually want to be free. They would rather be in chains and be somebody else's slave because at least then they have security. That's why most men want to get married, they think that signing a contract and giving their freedom to a woman guarantees them security. But while trying to get security, they lose their freedom. One of the things women like about men is the fact that they have freedom, and not just financial freedom. So naturally when a woman marries a man, she slowly loses interest in him because he is no longer what attracted her, he is no longer free, and any man who isn't free isn't really a man.
