Female coworker. F1. We both work for one manager. F2.
Everytime I have a new idea or I wanna try do something new, to improve companies performance I need to run it through F1, because she kinda runs the operation.

But everytime I offer something, that she didn't think of it herself, either I get attitude from her, like she "knows" that won't work, Because she just thinks that way or thr best case scenario says that has tried to do that in the past for ONE day and couldn't reap the results. When if you want something to work you need to give it couple of tries and improve it, until it works.

Meanwhile, I am in touch with F2, who is in Texas (while we are in NY), and asks me why some issues aren't improving.

The reason is a fuckin childish attitude of F1, but I cant say that, because then F2 will confront F1 about it, and F1 will start being even more bitchy and attitudy towards me.

I don't want her fired either, because it means I'll have to do some parts of her job, which I don't wanna handle, just not my cup of tea.

Any advice?
