Most gyms are $100/month and include a weight room. Quit going out to bars or spending money on dumb shit and you’ll be able to afford it.

It definitely is not worth it. Without a teacher you will have no one to correct your form or technique.

Most boxing teachers ask a newcomer if they've had training before, and if they have self taught then the teacher has to unlearn what they have self taught.
