You seem like a courteous person. So am I. Grabbing an item off a shelf for someone isn't simping if they ask nicely and you don't mind doing it. If you really like someone's stream whether male or female and you wanna support the channel then go ahead. (I assume we are talking about twitch or youtube and not onlyfans?).

It's only simping if you have an expectation of sex and/or relationship, or if you do something you wouldn't do if it was a male in her place.

I've gotten items off of a shelf for both a man in a wheelchair, and short or disabled women. All of them asked nicely and said thank you and I never gave it a second thought. That doesn't make me a simp.

Okay your two examples are completely different.
